Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 466 of 4 September 2026 introduces a reward for reports of violations of the legislation on licensing, permits and notification procedures. The document takes effect on 8 December 2026.
Both individuals and legal entities may report a violation — through a dedicated electronic system of the authorised bodies or the Ministry of Justice mobile application. The authorised body must review the report within 10 working days.
The reward is 10% of the fine imposed. Payment is possible only if two conditions are met at once: the information is confirmed and a fine has actually been imposed on the violator by a decision of the authorised body or a court. A report that does not lead to a fine brings no reward.
What this means in practice: from December, breaches of licensing and permit procedures will become far more visible, because reporting them now pays. Companies should check the list of their licences, permits and notifications in advance and make sure they are all valid.
